Crushed oats are processed from bright coloured, well filled, plump English oats. They are double re-cleaned and clipped to ensure they contain minimal dust and admixture. Crushing the oats enhances the digestibility; as they are fibrous, they are an ideal cereal for horses and have traditionally provided the base for many horse feeds. Contains a higher oil content that other cereal grains.
